Upon receipt of contract or purchase order, a project manager is assigned to each job to expertly shepherd it through engineering, material sampling, purchasing, fabrication, shipping, and install. Project managers are client's points of contact, woodworking experts, and strong, reliable communicators, working hard for your project's success at every turn.

Our engineers have in-depth knowledge of the latest technology for 3D modeling and BIM coordination. They develop creative, practical solutions to design challenges. Projects are carefully drawn and dimensioned for client review and approval prior to fabrication to ensure design intent matches constructability, material and technology integration, and fit in the field.

Our team of experienced woodworkers is carefully trained in the craft to ensure the highest quality of work for the most discerning clients. Our team approach means our craftspeople are cross-trained on our diverse equipment and techniques, and that they have ownership, pride and accountability for their work. Our apprenticeship program provides in-depth training for the next generation of woodworker and ensures our long-term success.

We augment careful handwork with the use of sophisticated machinery, including our closed-chamber robotic finishing machine and high-tech polishing machine for flat panels. We utilize a European catalyzed acrylic polyurethane top coat for durability and no off gassing onsite.

In our climate-controlled shipping and staging areas, we ensure that all our work is prepared to arrive at its final destination in pristine condition. Expert carpenters in the field make sure that every component looks its best and is assembled and fit to last.
