Pier 4 Residences

The Residences at Pier 4 was one of the first and most exciting residential projects at the Seaport. This art deco building houses 100+ ultra luxury residential units with private outdoor spaces and top of the line finishes. Building amenities include a 24 hour concierge, state of the art gym, residence lounge, private dining, underground parking and exclusive, landscaped outdoor spaces. Mark Richey Woodworking was responsible for the iconic "Ha Ha" wall that follows the curves of the art-deco style building in wood. This builidng is one of the most popular builidngs in the Seaport. MRW also built the reception area walls, the exterior balconies and the upper decks.
